1. Data controller
[PENDIENTE: razón social], [PENDIENTE: domicilio social], is responsible for processing your personal data when you use FairWave.
2. What data we collect
Email and password (registration); purchase data (plan chosen, amount, currency); payment data, processed directly by Stripe — we never receive or store it ourselves; language and, in the native app, basic device information needed for the service to function.
3. What we use it for
Creating and managing your account; processing your purchases and delivering your eSIM; sending you the confirmation emails needed for the service; providing support when you request it.
4. Legal basis
Performance of the purchase contract (most processing) and, for optional communications, your consent.
5. Who we share your data with
With the providers that make the service possible, who process your data on our behalf under their own security guarantees: Stripe (payments), Supabase (account infrastructure and database), OneSignal (transactional email delivery), and eSIM Access (the wholesale provider that provisions the eSIM). We do not sell your data to third parties.
6. International transfers
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, always under the safeguards required by applicable data protection law (such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses).
7. Retention
We retain your data while your account remains active and, afterward, for as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations (for example, tax obligations).
8. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, or restriction of processing of your data by writing to noreply@fairwave.global.
9. Minors
FairWave is not directed at minors; we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
10. Cookies and similar technologies
On the web version, we use the technical cookies/storage strictly necessary for the app to work (for example, keeping you signed in), and Google Analytics (GA4) analytics cookies only if you give your consent in the cookie notice; we do not use advertising or third-party ad-tracking cookies.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy; we will notify you of material changes within the app.
