1. Who we are
FairWave is a service operated by [PENDIENTE: razón social] ([PENDIENTE: domicilio social]), acting as a reseller of eSIM data plans for travelers. By purchasing or using FairWave, you accept these Terms and Conditions.
2. The service
FairWave sells eSIM data plans from third-party wholesale providers (we are not a telecommunications carrier). Coverage, speed, and network availability depend on local carriers at each destination and may vary; we do not guarantee specific coverage beyond what is published for each plan.
3. User account
To purchase, you need to create an account with a valid email. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for keeping your access confidential.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown before you confirm your purchase, already in your market's currency and including FairWave's margin. Payment is processed through Stripe; FairWave does not store your card details.
5. FairWave Credits
Unused data from a plan may generate credit redeemable on future purchases, under the terms in effect in the app at the time of purchase. Credit is not refundable as cash.
6. Connection guarantee
If your eSIM fails to connect properly, contact support: we will review the case to offer a solution (full or partial refund, as applicable).
7. Acceptable use
You must not use the service for unlawful activities or in a way that could harm FairWave, its providers, or third parties.
8. Intellectual property
All app content and the FairWave brand are the property of [PENDIENTE: razón social] or its licensors.
9. Limitation of liability
FairWave is not liable for service interruptions caused by third parties (local carriers, payment providers, device platforms) beyond its reasonable control.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; we will notify you of material changes within the app.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Spain.
