Who you're buying from.
Who you're buying from.
FairWave is a travel eSIM service for US travelers, operated by FairWave LLC. You buy a data plan for your destination, install it, and land connected, keeping your US number and your WhatsApp. Support is at help@fairwave.global. That's the whole company in one paragraph; the rest of this page is why we built it this way.

Why FairWave exists
We built FairWave around three commitments, and each one is something we do rather than something we say. We return the value of the data you do not use, instead of keeping it. We print the throttle point on the plan card, before you pay, instead of leaving it in a footnote. And an eSIM that fails is a refund, whether or not it activated first, because activation is not the moment your rights end.
We are not claiming anyone else is doing anything wrong. We are telling you what we do, so you can check it against whatever else you are looking at.
We started FairWave on a simple bet: that a company which prints its fine print on the front, returns 100% of your plan's refundable value, as our Terms define it, and refunds real money when things fail will earn something the category does not have, which is customers who come back on purpose. Fairness here is not a tone of voice. It is the pricing model.
What that means in practice
• Fair Print. The data, the validity, the network generations, the throttle point when the provider publishes one, every country with its local carriers, and the final price, printed on every plan card before you pay.
• FairCredit. Returns 100% of your plan's refundable value, as our Terms define it, automatically and with nothing to claim.
• The connection guarantee. If it doesn't work, we make it right: refund or FairCredit, your choice.
How we run
Real networks. Your plan runs on established local carrier networks at your destination, and the plan card names them before you buy: the coverage row lists every country the plan works in with the local carriers in each one, and a regional plan covering 41 countries lists all 41.
Our support agent is available 24/7 and hands you to a person whenever a decision is needed. Refund denials are never decided by software: if the answer is no, a person reviews it.
Our chat assistant is automated (an AI), it says so, and it hands you to a human whenever a decision is needed.
What is true today: the refund issued when the provider cannot supply an eSIM after payment is automatic. It is triggered by the payment webhook, not by a person.
Charges that match. The name on the checkout page and on your card statement is the name on this page.
What we won't claim
We are a young company. We do not have thirty million users, a decade of reviews, or an airport ad budget, and we will not invent proxies for them.
What we have instead are promises that are checkable on your first order: the credit landed or it did not, the refund arrived or it did not. We would rather be held to that than borrow credibility we have not earned.
